Mirabelle, Harrogate

Time of visit: 23 August 2014

Owned and patronised by chef Lionel Strub (yes, a French), Mirabelle is a great French cuisine restaurant. We were absolutely satisfied with everything. We do expect to go back there some day.

The restaurant.

The bar.

Book Lionel Strub wrote.

His books.

That's him, Lionel Strub.

A welcome drink and olives, on the house.

Good food and good wine, these are heaven on earth.

Bread and butter, on the house.

Canapes, smoked salmon and cream on bellinis. On the house. Sorry for the bad photo :(

To cook well it must be of good ingredients, a palace of the heart and friends.

As it is converted, a cannibal, eats only sinners coluche.

My starter: Hot smoked salmon, celeriac remoulade, beetroot & horseradish ice cream.
Yes, ice cream for starter. Loooooved it!!!!
