Mughli, Curry Mile - Manchester

Time of visit: 20 September 2014

I have heard and read Mughli is one of the best Indian restaurants in Manchester, the best in Curry Mile. A lot of food bloggers raved about it, even Nigel Slater, I read, praised Mughli's food as "Heavenly".

I was very excited when we decided to go to Mughly, I failed to keep my excitement low..
So glad, Mughli is brilliant!I have never enjoyed Indian food as much as I did in Mughli. I would highly recommend this place. Try those starters we had, and Goan Fish Curry is a must.

Here is Mughli on Tripadvisor:

"The Mughli Restaurant + Charcoal Pit is a family-run restaurant serving home-style Mughlai cuisine since 1991. Recently voted as 'One of Manchester's Best Restaurants' by the Telegraph, the restaurant was also featured on Nigel Slater's show on the BBC and has had visits from sports personalities as well as the Prime Minister himself."

I have ever tasted.

Side order: Tamarind mushroom rice.

One of the starters arrived on the table a bit late. Well, actually only less than 5 minutes
after we finished the other starter, but they crossed it off the bill.
What a great gesture! Haa.. me happy.
