Owned by a young couple Paul (the head chef) and Jenna (the front house) and launched in March 2013, this fine dining restaurant has won people's hearts (based on reviews here and there).
I have proven the majority of the reviews were right. This small restaurant offers very delicious and creative meals, great service and affordable price. If you happen to go to Isle of Wight, try it.. But book a table well in advance, I saw so many people coming to the restaurant were turned down because all the tables were booked up to a week ahead, and it was during a low season. I booked it 2 weeks before we went there.
That is what 'nammet' means.
Freshly made bread.
Daughter's starter: open roasted beef tomato stuffed
with garlic and herb flecked breadcrumbs served
with rocket salad and balsamic reduction.
Mr's starter: potato and leek soup.
My starter: lemon and mint breaded lamb fritters served
with creamy mint mayonnaise and sliced cucumber.

Infused water and nice salt & pepper shakers.
All of us had the same main: Lavender and garlic infused slow roasted lamb shoulder
served with minted pea puree, confit of shallots, rosemary mashed potato,
sauteed baby carrots, red wine gravy, and tuile (tuile is a crunchy thin wafer on the left).

My and daughter's dessert: banoffee pie. Banoffee pie is one
of my favourite desserts. This one is 'to die for'.
